Job description:
Team Lead- J2EE: 2 members
Qualification/Experience: BE / MBA / MCA / MSC / MTECH post graduate in Computer Science or any other related branch, with strong hands on experience
(4-5 yrs) in Web Technologies (J2ee /JDBC/JSP/Servelet/EJB/Weblogic/Websphere/XML/WebServices/Struts framework etc.) and Relational databases.
Should be able to initiate projects, estimate effort, lead the designs and conduct design reviews and execute project assignments.
Excellent in Technical/Man Management skills.
Exposure to proposal makes and Quality planning and practice essential.
Should have good experience and knowledge on Industrial process.
Excellent Oral and written communication skills are a must.
Should be able to lead and motivate project teams to ensure time frame and quality of deliverables.

Working knowledge on ISO requirements is an added qualification.
Qualification/Experience is relaxed in case of candidates who possess initiative, drive, and positive attitude with a mind set to deliver the assigned task on time.
