Qualification: BE / MCA / MSC(CS) / MTECH post graduate in Computer Science or any other related branch, with strong hands on experience of 1-2 Years in Software Development, in Web Technologies (Java, JSP, EJB, Servlets, HTML, XSL, XML, JavaScript, Oracle and other RDBMS, Applets), Excellent Oral and written communication skills is an advantage.
Should have strong commitment to work towards execution of the project tasks assigned, coding, testing reviews, planning, design etc. Guidance and mentorship of junior developers is essential requirement. Should be target oriented, self starter and able to work independently. Working knowledge on ISO requirements is an added qualification.
Qualification / Experience relaxable in case of candidates who have good track record in Academic field and or performance in the Interview/ Test.
Here are the requirements for 0yrs exp candidates for Software engineer:
1. Should be BE/MCA graduate
2. Should have scored reasonable good marks in SSLC/PUC/BE (less than 60% is not considered]
3. Should have practical experience in implementing at least Java/J2EE based Mini/Academic Project. At least he/she should have done J2EE project as part of course.
4. Candidate should know Java/Servlets/JSP & Basic Database Knowledge.
