Role And Context
The Commercial Executive takes care of all activities pertaining to Sales and Service operations of Office Automation Products in the Branch.
Commercial Executive ensures to sell the OA Product and supports sales.
Summary of the Job Role:
Responsible for sales and service of OA products and customer satisfaction.
Documentations as per company policy
Knowledge, Abilities and Experience
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Eng with minimum 4 years Experience
Experience in handling KONICA MINOLTA products in Sales and Service of Printers, Fax Machines, Photocopiers like CANON / XEROX etc and/or other Microsoft Certifications Certified Engineer, Exposure to GCC markets, valid Omani Driving License
Bachelor Of Engineering with 2 Years Experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Technical Skills and problems solving capability
- Knowledge on LAN / WAN networks etc
- Handling the OA transactions in the Branch independently
- Explaining the Features of our products and convincing the customer
- Maintaining good internal and external customer relationships
- Team Player
- Negotiation skills
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field.
Need To Do:
- Achieving Sales Targets for the financial year
- Ensure to provide the Quotations to the customers to reach the targets given by company
- Participating in Tenders and Costing of Tenders
- Providing the Demo of machine to the customer to easily understand the features
- Providing references of the most satisfied existing customers
- Taking the necessary approvals from the Director in case of requirement of Special Pricing
- Keeping the Stock of Fast Moving Machines for proving the customer an immediate delivery
- Coordinating with store keeper and transport dept in reaching the machines to the branch and then to customer
- Achieving Service targets for the financial year
- Delivering and Installing the machines
- Imparting thorough Key operation Training for ease and maximum utility of the products supplied by us
- Selling the service contracts like AMC,CMA,FSMA as per the load on the machine
- Following up with the contracts submitted
- Providing Preventive maintenance calls and courtesy calls to keep the machine up all time and keeping in touch with customer
- Responding to customer calls immediately to reduce down time of the machine which can result in repeat business
- Providing the Repair Estimate to the customer immediately as per the existing contract rates
- Keeping stock of all Fast Moving Spare Parts Model wise in the store to support the customer immediately
- Submitting the Invoice to the customer and follow up for the payment.
- Updating all Manual Documents in the Oracle system
- Preparing the DDMS and keeping track on outstanding

Ministries, Corporate Customers, Banks, Schools, Industries, Insurance companies, Trading Companies, Dealers etc.
