• Broad and Deep Technical Design / Development skills in mobile application space.
• Experience in implementing mobile enterprise business applications with RIM BB / Android SDK / iOS SDK
• Good knowledge of RIM / Android API / iOS API
• Experience in distributed, client-server / web based system design and implementation
• Strong design and development experience
• Strong knowledge of mobile applications running on memory and network constrained environments
• Define and Execute PoC or Reference Implementations
• Good experience in BlackBerry/Android / iOS application development and deployment process
• Expertise in evaluating, selecting and integrating best-of-breed and innovative technologies
• Thorough understanding of SOA
• Strong Performance engineering skills

Soft Skills

• Hands-on design experience. Must be able to code and troubleshoot the "core" frameworks, if needed
• Good client  interaction, communication skills
• Must be driven/creative to seek out information from vendors and other sources (web, blogs, forums) to drive answers
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
